Vision of Love

I do not see them with any gross attitude
or with any form of desire or selfishness
I see them with love

I see their qualities and their virtues.
I see their kindness and pure feelings.
I see them with love.

I see each one as a unique individual
whose part and role is special to them.
I see them as powerful spiritual beings.
I see them with love.

I see each one as the beloved child of the supreme being
bathed an surrounded
by an almighty and total love.
I see them with love.

I see them as my brothers
I see them as my friends
I see them as my teachers.
I see them as fellow travellers on the spiritual path.
I see them with love.

Meditatie Raja Yoga

Sunt un punct de lumina, o mica stea stralucitoare, imateriala.
Sunt fiinta vie din interiorul acestui corp.

Sunt un suflet, o fiinta subtila de lumina.
Sunt etern.
Esenta mea este de pace si de iubire.

Sunt pace.
Ma exprim prin acest corp si totusi nu sunt acest corp fizic.

Sunt lumina.
Pacea este esenta mea originala.
